Message from the Director
I am thrilled to welcome you all to this exciting journey as we embark on
the magical adventure of bringing Roald Dahl’s beloved classic, “James and
the Giant Peach,” to life on the stage. It has utterly been delightfully peachy to
direct this splen-dif-erous, spec-magical production that I hope will captivate our audience’s hearts.
James and the Giant Peach is a true testament to the power of imagination, resilience, and the unbreakable bonds of friendships. It reminds us that even in the face of adversity, there is always a way to find light, hope, and wonder.
To our actors, you are the heart and soul of this production. Your commitment, passion, and talent will breathe life into these iconic characters. Embrace the quirks, the humor, and the depth of your roles, and let your performances shine as brightly as the stars.
To our awesome crew and volunteers, thank you for all of your hard work bringing the sets, props, costumes, lighting and sound to life. It has been a challenge to mount this show and all of your efforts are proving to be great storytelling at its best.
